Villa La Digue: the approach matters
Plobsheim is the location of Villa La Digue, not Strasbourg city centre. The archive links the approach, living spaces and outdoor areas to this property.
The rose arch gives the viewer a point of arrival. The aerial view places the building beside the river and its grounds.

Dettwiller: the pool and the rooms beyond it
The Dettwiller shoot documents a contemporary villa, including its pool and wellness room. The balcony viewpoint makes the outdoor layout legible.
These photographs belong to the Dettwiller shoot. They are not substitutes for missing photographs of another property in the collection.
Rosteig: show the chalet at its actual scale
At Aux Sons des Cloches, the aerial shot shows the chalet on its hillside. It should complement the stated dimensions, not make the building appear larger.
Read the chalet's property page in French for its documented features and official host links. It is in Rosteig, within the Northern Vosges.
A filming reference is not a local price index
The national DVF transaction dataset excludes Alsace and Moselle. A missing local record does not mean no properties sold.
This page documents shoots, not valuations. We do not assign a sale price to a villa by applying a citywide average.
Plan the production around the property
The property video service covers the film brief. Add aerial filming when the grounds and setting need explaining.

Frequently asked questions
Which properties have you filmed in Alsace?
Published references include Villa La Digue in Plobsheim and Aux Sons des Cloches in Rosteig. The media collection also documents a contemporary villa in Dettwiller.
Is the Dettwiller villa the same as Villa La Digue?
No. Villa La Digue is in Plobsheim. The Dettwiller photographs come from a separate shoot and are labelled accordingly.
Can you include drone footage in an Alsace property film?
That depends on the location and flight feasibility. Aerial filming is assessed during preparation, not guaranteed from the property's postal address.
Can you estimate a villa's value from the film?
No. A film records visible spaces. Valuation requires relevant property information and professional assessment; this production page does not provide one.
