AchMedia places great importance on protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The French version of this privacy policy is the legally binding text and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Data controller
The data controller is AchMedia, whose registered office is located at 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. For any question regarding your data : contact@achmedia.fr.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data we need, and only when you provide it to us or use the site :
- Contact form : name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Booking : information provided when booking a slot (via our scheduling tool).
- Applications / recruitment : information you send us (contact details, background, links).
- Browsing data : anonymised technical audience-measurement data (page views, performance), with no advertising profiling.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests and preparing a quote — basis : pre-contractual measures / your consent.
- Managing the client relationship and the service — basis : performance of the contract.
- Measuring audience and improving the site — basis : legitimate interest / consent for non-essential trackers.
- Meeting our legal obligations (accounting, tax) — basis : legal obligation.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended exclusively for AchMedia. We use technical providers (processors within the meaning of the GDPR) that are strictly necessary for the operation of the service :
- Hosting : Vercel Inc. (hosting of the website and functions).
- Audience measurement : Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights (privacy-friendly statistics).
- Booking and email : our scheduling and professional email tools.
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (notably the host) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses) to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
6. Retention period
- Contact requests : up to 3 years after the last exchange.
- Client data : for the duration of the contractual relationship, then in accordance with legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records).
- Applications : up to 2 years, unless you object.
- Audience measurement : in accordance with the retention periods recommended by the CNIL.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights :
- Right of access to your data ;

- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) ;
- Right to restriction of processing ;

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure (encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access, trusted providers).
