Villa St. Maxime, not Sainte-Maxime
The official villa website places Villa St. Maxime in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. It offers separate routes for villa stays, rooms and events.
That distinction belongs beside the film. A recognisable name is not enough if viewers place the property in the wrong town.
The aerial view explains the relationship
The top-down film places the villa and pool in the same frame. The companion sequence moves across the heights of Vence.
Together, they give context for the property page. They do not establish boundaries or prove a particular view from every room.
Ground-level footage has a different role
An aerial view cannot show the route from a room to its terrace. That connection needs a ground-level sequence, with openings and steps kept visible.
Our drone property film service explains the flight assessment. The full production brief sets how those images work together.
Confirm the address before planning access
A French Riviera brief needs the precise property location. Site access, nearby buildings and the proposed camera positions affect the production plan.
Discuss what may be filmed from the grounds and what must remain private. Neighbouring villas are not supporting footage by default.
The film and the reservation are separate
The Villa St. Maxime page in French links to the owner. Current rates, availability and booking conditions must be confirmed through that official channel.
AchMedia's reference is the production work. We do not claim a Saint-Paul-de-Vence office, a sales mandate or a completed property transaction.
