AchMedia produces the film. The owner approves property information. A publisher or creator reaches an agreed audience through their own channel.
These roles are distinct. A directory listing does not create a sales mandate, and a platform account does not prove an endorsement.
Directories and creator channels
Logement Atypique is a directory named in the existing AchMedia partner register. Publication terms and any collaboration must be confirmed directly.
TikTok also appears in the register as a creator distribution channel. No guaranteed placement, platform certification or audience size is claimed here.
Agree the publication scope before sharing files
- Name the channels and the party publishing each version.
- Agree media credits, usage rights and any paid promotion.
- Use the approved property name, location and description.
- Confirm the destination link and who replies to enquiries.
- Set an approval route for corrections or removal requests.

Does AchMedia guarantee publication on a partner channel?
No. A named channel is not a publication commitment. Placement and terms need to be agreed with the relevant publisher.
Can a creator reuse an AchMedia film?
Only within the agreed rights. Confirm the version, channel, credit and intended use before publishing or adapting a film.
Who handles enquiries from a shared film?
The destination link and follow-up responsibility are agreed for the project. AchMedia manages introductions where Parcelle is used.
Does a partnership include property bookings?
No. The owner or appointed agency handles availability, agreements and payments. Production or distribution does not create a booking service.
